Refund & Return Policy

At Hotmixed, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. This policy explains the conditions under which you can return a product or request a refund.

Cooling-Off Period (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with Dutch and European law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.

The 14-day period starts the day you (or someone you designate) physically receive the product. During this period, you may return the product if it is in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging and tags.

Conditions for Return / Refund

You are entitled to a refund if:

  • You cancel the purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period.
  • The product is defective or does not correspond to the description on the website.

Exceptions – No Right of Withdrawal

No refund or return is possible for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products that have been worn, washed, used or damaged after receipt
  • Digital products after download or access has started
  • Services that have already been performed

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service within 14 days after receipt by sending an email to edwinshelp@live.nl. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will send you the correct return address after receiving your message.
  3. Return the product in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  4. Once we have received and inspected the returned item (usually within 5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Costs

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If the product is damaged or not in original condition, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund or refuse the return.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we have received and checked the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
